5. Payments and Fees

- All fees are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise specified.
5.1 Deposit Policy
A deposit of 50% is required before work commences. The remaining balance will be charged within three months of the deposit payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing or if LoveLocal is the cause of any delay.
5.2 Special Offers
The above deposit and balance terms also apply to special offers. If special offers are not utilised within the three-month period, normal service costs will apply for the services for which the deposit was paid. Alternatively, the client’s deposit will be refunded, less applicable banking and administration costs.
6. Limitation of Liability
LoveLocal will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in South African courts.
