4. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, and media produced by LoveLocal remain the intellectual property of LoveLocal unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
5. Payments and Fees
- Payment terms will be outlined in individual service agreements or invoices
- Late payments may incur additional charges
- All fees are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise specified
- Quotations and cost estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
5.1 Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before work commences. The remaining balance is due upon client sign-off of the project or within three (3) months of the deposit payment date, whichever occurs first.
If the client delays feedback, approvals, content, or otherwise causes the project to remain incomplete, the outstanding balance will still become due three (3) months after the deposit payment date. Any work requested after this period may be subject to revised timelines and additional charges where applicable.
5.2 Special Offers
The above deposit and balance terms also apply to special offers. If special offers are not utilised within the three-month period, normal service costs will apply for the services for which the deposit was paid. Alternatively, the client’s deposit will be refunded, less applicable banking and administration costs.
6. Limitation of Liability
LoveLocal will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
7. Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with South African data protection laws. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in South African courts.
9. Changes to Terms
